Auditions Settings

Step 1

You can access your auditions settings from the settings page, then click on organization settings.

Step 2

Then click on auditions settings

Step 3

Now you can manage your audition sheets, recommendations, and scoring scale.

Setup Audition Sheet

Step 1

You will want to click on "audition sheet" in the audition settings menu.

Step 2

Now that you are in the audition sheet setup screen you are going to want to click on the plus icon located on the top right hand side of the screen.

Step 3

Now you will be prompted to enter a Section Name.

Sections in the audition sheet represent a group of items. For example you could have a section of fundamentals or commands that will be scored.

Step 4

Now that you have create a section you will see it appear on the audition sheet setup screen. To add individual items that will be scored in that scetion. You will want to click on the "click here to add to this section".

Step 5

You will be prompted to enter the question name and the possible points that can be earned.

You can control each items possible points. This gives you more control over of the audition sheet.

Audition Recommendations

Each organization can add their own recommendations into the app for their auditions. This feature allows you to set a status for the audition. This will be shared with the student if you choose to email the results.

Step 1

You will want to click on recommendations in the auditions setting menu.

Step 2

Now to add a recommendation you will want to click on the plus button.

Step 3

Now enter the information and click on done to save.
